Native grains at Sunshine Coast

Bruce Pascoe’s Dark Emu raised awareness of native grains. Now the ABC has a story about a mill being set up on the Sunshine Coast to process native grains from across the country. The variety of grains traditionally used by First Nations include some that are gluten free and have other properties that may be beneficial for health. The story includes a short video.
